Insurance plans does your office accept?
We accept most dental insurance plans and we will file
your insurance forms for you after treatment is rendered.
2) For which Dental Insurance
companies are you providers?
We are currently participating providers for:
• Blue Cross Blue Shield (Dental Plus)
• Cigna
• Delta Dental
• Fidelis
• Guardian
• Independent Health
• Medicaid
• MetLife
• United Concordia (Tricare)
This list changes periodically; Call the office to verify
that we participate with your insurance plan.
3) I don’t have Dental Insurance.
What payment options are available for me?
We accept cash, check, money orders, and credit cards
including: Visa, MasterCard, American express, Discover,
Debit cards, Flex cards and CareCredit.
4) Do you offer extended payment
plans?
Yes, we offer CareCredit.
CareCredit has two unique features. Every CareCredit
transaction is eligible for a
No Interest (if paid within promotional period) or Low
Fixed Interest Payment Plan – and, you can use
the card at all healthcare practices that offer CareCredit.
5) Is parking a problem?
No, there is plenty of off street parking and a large
parking lot with easy access from Fourth Street.
6) Do you have extended hours
for appointments?
Our office hours are:
Monday: 8:00-6:30
Tuesday: 8:00-6:00
Wednesday: 8:00-4:30
Thursday: 7:30-5:00
Friday: 8:00-5:00
Saturday: By Appointment
Sunday: Closed
7) Do you have emergency coverage
after hours?
One of our dentists is on call after hours and weekends
for emergencies that can’t wait until the next
business day.
